The saying goes that if you give a man a fish he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for life. While we at Renewal Revolution are committed to working with our community volunteers, local businesses, churches, and schools to provide for the needs of the poor and homeless through many different avenues, our goal is to “teach them to fish”. We have several programs in the developmental phase, working with city and county government to address the pressing social issues of homelessness, poverty, and hopelessness in our own backyard and around the world. By providing practical, hands-on training in a field that is growing exponentially worldwide, we give individuals the opportunity to lift themselves out of their circumstances and begin to experience the pride and accomplishment of providing for themselves and their families.
